This is a beautiful vintage rich amberina red crackle glass pitcher/creamer measuring 6.5" high and 12" round (at widest point).
Pitcher has a beautiful gloss and is in wonderful collectible condition! This stunning pitcher is a Hamon crackle glass piece (plate 294) Circa late 1940's - 1970's.
Hamon Glass was established in 1932 by Robert Hamon. Robert Hamon was a consultant to the Kanawha Glass Company and taught the art of glassmaking to the Pilgrim Glass Company. Hamon Glass started blowing crackle glass in the late 1940's. In 1966, Hamon Glass merged with the Kanawha Glass Company, each keeping it's own name and glass blowing technique. Hamon Glass stopped making crackle glass in the mid 1970's.
